  • I Have Come So Far And No One Seems To Notice

    Working toward our goals can feel like a solitary task and it is nice to feel that we can include the other people in our lives by sharing about our endeavors.

    So it can feel very deflating we were are working hard and making progress, only to realize that the people in our lives have not noticed.

    I don’t understand grace, but for some reason the more open I am to grace working in my life the more likely it is to be there.

  • There Are Too Many New Things To Learn And Not Enough Time

  • I Hate Failure

    It is OK to hate failure. Failure is no fun. Failure can drain your energy. Failure can even feel devastating.

    But if we dwell in that hatred of failure then we will never try again in order to avoid that feeling in the future.

  • I Don’t Know Exactly What I Want Any More

    It can be really hard when we lose our way. At first we think we know where we are going. We might even have a really good idea where we are going.

    Along the way we learn things about ourselves and our goal and when this happens it provides clarity.

    Other times it just raises more questions than we had when we began.

  • Healing Self Healing Others

    Lots of people ask me about how they can tap surrogately for their loved ones. I think Yoko Ono got it right when she said, “Healing yourself is connected with healing others.”

    It is important that we recognize the importance of caring for ourselves when we are wanting to see a difference in the world. When we heal ourselves we then have the resources to care for others and, more importantly, our own healing clears space for others to heal.

  • It Feels Like There Is So Much At Stake It Is Paralyzing

    When we are working towards our goals there will be times when we have an opportunity to take a big leap forward. We have to take action but because we know how important this one step can be in achieving our goal it feels overwhelming.

    It is easy to feel paralyzed in this situation and unable to take action. Today we are going to tap for that feeling.
