  • There Are So Many Things On My To-Do List I Don’t Know Where To Begin And I Feel Paralyzed

    It is important that we organize ourselves and have a clear understanding of exactly what we need to do in order to achieve our goals.

    The problem comes when we take a step back and realize how much work we need to do. Seeing all the steps laid out in detail can feel like too much and that we will never be able to do it all.

  • I Don’t Have Time To Take Care Of Myself. How Could I Have Time To Do More?

    My schedule is already over-booked and I don’t have time to do all the small things I need to do to be healthy.

    If I can’t take care of myself, how can I add new tasks and to-dos to work towards my goals?

  • Life Is Already Full And I Don’t Have Room For More Tasks On My To-Do List

  • I Don’t Have Enough Time To Do What I Am Already Committed To. How Can I Add More To Do?

    When we are working toward something new we often have to take on new tasks and projects. The problem is that our life is already too busy and there doesn’t seem to be time for one more thing.

  • I Don’t Know Exactly What I Want So Am Afraid I Will Waste Effort By Doing The Wrong Thing

    It always feels good to have a plan. When we know where we are heading it is easier to take action with confidence.

    When we aren’t sure exactly of our direction it is harder to feel sure of our best course of action. In this situation it’s often easier not take action because we are concerned about doing the wrong thing and wasting time and effort.

    Today we are going to tap for those times when we are hesitant about taking action because of our concern that it’s not the right one and will be a waste of our resources.

  • When Our Goals Feel Unreasonable

    There are times when it is really easy to dream big. If feels like everything is possible. Later we come back to our dreams and goals only to feel like they are way too big. They feel like they are a million miles away and there is no way we could achieve them.

    Today we are going to tap for when it feels like our goals are too big and too unreasonable.

    I’m glad I have big dreams…I’m glad I want something more…But it’s not what I have right now…And the gulf between where I am…And where I want to be…Is so big…That it feels completely unreasonable…It’s so big…It feels like it’s impossible to get from here to there…It’s so big…I don’t even know where to start…It’s as if I’ve said…I want my skin to turn green and I’m going to sprout wings…It seems that impossible and that far away…And even though in moments like this…My goal feels like it’s a million miles away…I recognize I have achieved a lot of things that felt like they were a million miles away…I recognize that I don’t get to my goals in one giant step…I get there moving over time…Bit by bit…Little by little…I give myself permission…To know it’s OK to dream big dreams…To know it’s OK to have goals that feel like they’re a long way away…And recognize that if I take small steps…Engaging those goals in a small way…And make a small bit of effort today…It’s going to make a huge difference…It’s going to help me to move forward…It’s going to help me to strive…All I need to do in this moment…Is appreciate the goal…And appreciate it’s possible…Even if I have no clue how to get from here to there…Even if it seems foolish to dream that big…Small steps…And regular action…Will move me to the goal…And before I know it…The impossible will become possible.

  • Being OK What I Can’t Control AND Knowing What I Can Control

    There are lots of things that are out of our control. It is good that we are aware and take account of them, but if they consume our attention then we will never move towards our goals.

    Today I want to focus on what I can control.

    What I Can Control

    There are a lot of things that happen…That don’t happen perfectly…That don’t happen exactly the way that I want…That don’t play to my advantage…And part of the reason this happens…Is I don’t control everything in the universe…There are a lot of things that happen…That I have no say in…And I have no effect on…This is just a fact of life…Even though this is true…It is possible…For me to be successful…With what little I control…Which is all of my thoughts and all of my actions…I can make a huge difference…In working towards…In creating my goals…It does me little good…To worry about…The things I can’t control…I certainly have to respond to…Those things that impact my life…But to spend time…Emotionally…Worrying about things…That I have no impact on…Is a huge waste of resources…It’s a huge spend of energy…Which it makes very, very difficult…For me to be successful…Because I’m concentrating on things that I can’t do anything about…I need to be aware…Of all the things that impact my life…Even those that I don’t control…But just because I’m aware…It doesn’t mean I’m spending energy worrying about what’s going to happen next…Or worrying about those things I can’t control…I give myself permission…To put my full energy…And concentration…On those things I control…On my thoughts…On my emotions…My choices…My actions…And when I do this…I will continue to move towards…My goals… Regardless what happens…Outside of my control.

  • Taking Small Steps And Stretching Just A Little Makes A Big Difference

    It would be great if we could achieve our goals in just one step.

    Most of the time it doesn’t happen that way. It is more of a little by little process. When we recognize that this is the way it is going to unfold we can be easy with ourselves for not doing it all at once.

    When we see that if you just stretch ourselves a little today, and a little tomorrow, and a little the next day we will soon be there.

    Today we tap for the desire to stretch a little today.

    The Power Of Stretching Just A Little

    I want to be successful…I want to move forward…I want to achieve my goals…Even if I don’t know what they are perfectly…Even if I don’t know what they are exactly…And it would be really nice…If in a single action…Or in a single moment…Or in a single task…I reached my goals…And I’m open to this possibility…But I recognize the fact…That this is going to be a process…And there will be times…Where one of the little steps…Is going to be something new or different…Which is going to be a little bit challenging…Which is going to cause me to need to stretch…Sometimes in big ways…And sometimes in small ways…But I give myself permission…To be easy with the fact…That stretching is going to be uncomfortable…Stretching is going to be hard…Because stretching means I’m going beyond what’s normal…And each time I stretch a little…Each time I try something new…Each time I push myself forward in a little way…I’m setting myself up…To not only be successful at this task…But also to grow…And also to move forward…Each time I stretch…Even if it isn’t perfect…Even if I have to redo that step…The act of stretching…Is about me moving forward…It’s about me being successful…It’s about me in small and big ways…Not only moving towards my goal…By growing and changing who I am…This process will involve stretching…And sometimes even more stretching than I want…But in the end…All of that stretching…Will benefit me…Will benefit me as it moves me towards my goal…And it will continue to help me to become who I am.

  • Feeling Overwhelmed By How Much Tapping There Is To Do?

    I have heard it from a lot of you. “There are so many good things to tap to on the site, but I am just feeling overwhelmed by it all!”

    That’s OK!

    You don’t have to do it all. AND you don’t have to do it all right now!

    Today we are going to tap for feeling overwhelmed by how much there is to do, and how many tools we have at our disposal.

    There’s so much I want to accomplish…There’s so much I want to do…There are so many tools in front of me…And I feel like I’m failing…If I’m not using them all…If I’m not tapping every day…If I’m not tapping perfectly…It just feels like there’s so much…But I don’t have to do it all…I don’t have to do every single tap-along…I don’t have to use every single tool…By simply taking the time…To be present to what I need to deal with…That will make a difference…I don’t have to do today’s audio…I don’t have to do every audio..I can choose the one that makes sense for me…When it makes sense for me…Without having to do them all…
