I can be a very harsh critic of myself. It doesn’t have to always be that way.
Today we are going to tap for self-acceptance of everything we are, and to extend love to all parts of ourselves.

Today we are going to tap for self-acceptance of everything we are, and to extend love to all parts of ourselves.
The relationship we have with our loved ones can be complicated because of the amount of history we share with them. At times it is all too easy to bring this history to every interaction.
Today we are going to tap to see our loved ones with new eyes, knowing they are not (and we are not) only our past.
We are more than the sum total of our circumstances AND we are stronger than our circumstances.
Even when we don’t feel like we are.
Today we are going to tap for those times when we don’t feel strong enough to handle where we are.
I have found in my own life that there are times that I hold myself back from taking action. I need to be absolutely ready before I do anything.
The truth is that I am rarely absolutely ready. If I waited until I were then I would never take action at all.
Today we are going to tap for giving ourselves permission to take action even before we are completely ready.
Kindness goes a long way and can transform many situations. It is important to remember that kindness is a choice.
As the Dalai Lama said, “Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.”
Today we tap to make the conscious choice of kindness.

For the most part we build lives that are certain and consistent. If life is predictable it is manageable.
The truth is that growth and progress mostly happen when we are outside the consistent. Today we are going to tap to be open to uncertainty and the gifts it can bring.

It is so easy to become caught up in the routine of our daily lives where one moment feels just like the next.
In reality the world is always changing and presenting us with new beauty and new opportunities.
Today we are going to tap to allow the world to be a brand new place to us today.

It can be hard when people speak hard truths to us. Especially when it is a truth that we know, but are afraid to face head on.
Today we are going to tap for those times people tell us the hard truths we need to hear.

Stretching ourselves is scary, but there are very few times in my life in which I regretted stretching.
Today we are going to tap in celebration for the times we have stretched in the past and the courage to keep stretching in the future.
I celebrate stretching today!

There’s a part of me that recognizes the fact…That stretching can be painful…Stretching means I’m in uncomfortable places…Doing uncomfortable things…Being seen in uncomfortable ways…And recognizing uncomfortable truths…And it’s not a lot of fun…Because when I’m in the middle of being stretched…I can see those obstacles…I can feel the pain…And I’m not at the finish line yet…I am still in process…But I recognize the fact…That when I am stretched…Good things come from that…I see myself in new ways…I see the world in new ways…I recognize things about myself that I didn’t recognize before…I see new skills that I have…I see new strength that I didn‘t know was there…I heal things quicker that I didn’t think I could release…I don’t have to go running headlong into stretching…I don’t need to be stretching every minute and every moment of every single day… But I do recognize the fact…That when I stretch…It is good for me…Benefit comes from that…Even if it’s a lot when I’m in the middle of it…So, today, I celebrate the times I have stretched…I celebrate the courage I had to stretch…And I celebrate the effort I put forth to get through the stretching…And I celebrate the benefit on the other side…Because there truly is benefit on the other side…Stretching is good for me…I don’t have to do it all the time…But when I do it, I know good things come.
