  • Having Permission To Pursue Goals

Sometimes we feel like we already have so much more than everyone else and we feel bad about going after our goals.

Today we are going to tap to recognize it is okay for us to pursue our goals even when we have more than others.

    Permission To Pursue Goals

There’s a part of me that wants to pursue my goals…There’s a part of me that really wants to move forward…There’s a part of me that’s really seeking to be successful…Knowing that if I am successful, I’ll be able to share what I have…And at the exact same time, I recognize the fact that many don’t have what I have…They don’t have the opportunities…They don’t have the support…They don’t have the resources…I have so many more opportunities than so many people…And sometimes there’s a part of me that doesn’t feel like I’m worthy of pursuing something bigger…Because I already have so much…But not pursuing my goals…And not trying…Does not serve anyone…Me not making effort does not make it easier for others…I have permission to pursue my goals…I have permission to move forward…Because when I move forward…I serve myself…And I serve the greater good…

  • Self Respect

The place I find myself today is striving to respect myself more. To respect the fact that I am trying, that I am moving forward, and that I am making strides.

Tap with me today to focus on respecting and loving ourselves more.

    Self Respect

I know I need to give myself the benefit of the doubt…I know I need to be more charitable in the way that I see myself…And to see me for all that I am…When I think of all of the things I want to do better…It’s really easy for me to concentrate on all the things that I do wrong…And all the ways that I fall short…I’m really far from perfect…I recognize I’m far from perfect…Even though I’m far from perfect…I give myself permission to be easy with myself…To respect myself…To love myself…I’m not letting myself off the hook…I’m not saying that I’ll stop trying…I just need to be easier with myself…Give myself the benefit of the doubt… Recognize that even as I fail…I am trying harder…I am trying to get better…I am trying to move forward…In big and small ways…I have to love and respect myself…As I continue to move forward…

  • Using The Set-Up Phrase Generator Daily

    Audio Instruction:

    Set Up Phrase

    Written Instructions:

This is a tool that you are going to use every day this week.

The goal of this tool is twofold. First, the tool is designed to help promote self acceptance and self worth. The more we accept ourselves, the more confidence we have, the less fear we experience, and the easier it is for us to make good choices which move us towards achieving our goals. Second, the tool is set up to give you a variety of tapping phrases so that no one phrase is said so much that it gets old and loses its impact.

    Day 1

    Step 1: Goto EFTSetUpPhraseGenerator.com
Each time you load or re-load this page it will give you 10 new set-up phrases.

Step 2: Tap though all 10 phrases. Say one set-up phrase per tapping point. (You might even want to go through the list twice.)

Step 3: Write down the 3 or 4 set-up phrases that really land with you.

Step 4: Throughout the rest of the day pull out the sheet of paper and tap three or four times to the phrases you wrote down. You can either do one full round of tapping for each phrase, or do two or three rounds of tapping alternating through the tapping phrases.

    Days 2 – 7

    Repeat steps 1 and 2

Step 3: Add 3 or 4 new phrases to your list from the previous day(s). After day two you will have 6–8 phrases, after day three you will have 9–12, and so on.

Step 4: Three or four times throughout the day pull out your list and tap to some of the phrases. You can tap to only the phrases you added today, you can go back to a previous day, you can mix and match from each day, or you can tap through every phrase now on your list.

Step 5: If at any point you notice that one of the phrases has lost its charge feel free to remove that phrase from your list.

[Remember: Every Monday you need to tap through your goal list. If you haven’t written your goal list make sure you do the goal writing exercise in the kicker-starter bonuses.]

  • Tapping To Be Humble In Success

There is a middle place we are looking for when it comes to humility. We want to be able to acknowledge the work we have done and progress we have made with out over doing it. We also want to not dismiss and denigrate the work we are doing.

Today I tapped to find that middle ground.

    Humble Tap-Along

Let me know how this worked for you.

I love and accept myself…I love and appreciate myself…Even when it’s hard for me to love and accept myself…I love and accept myself anyway…I’m happy with what I’ve achieved…I’ve worked very hard to achieve what I’ve achieved… And sometimes, it’s easy to get wrapped up in my own achievement…Failing to recognize all that had a hand in that…I’m not trying to hide my achievement…I’m not trying to say my achievement isn’t worthy…It’s good that I recognize my achievement now and how hard I’ve worked…But I’m just looking for that middle ground…I’m looking for that space…Where I recognize my work…And I recognize whose shoulders I stand upon…I recognize the power of inspiration in my work…All of those unseen forces behind the scenes that are setting me up for success…Humility does not mean self-deprecation… Being humble does not mean I ignore my work…I’m just simply trying to find the middle ground…Where I recognize my work and my achievement…I give credit to those around me who have helped…Because when I give credit, it makes it easier for me to access that help in the future…

  • Setting Up A Productive Few Days

I know it is easy to get swept up in long term goals.

It is good to do that, but sometime those goals feel like they are just too much and too far to think about.

Today, I tapped to help me focus on the next few days and to get the most out of them. This doesn’t mean that everything is going to get done now, but I am going to get enough done.

    Productive Days

Please let me know how this worked for you in the comments below.

At the beginning of the year, it’s really easy to get caught up in all that needs to be done….At the beginning of the year, it’s really easy to feel overwhelmed at trying to plan for the next 12 months…And part of me is really excited about the coming year…Building on the successes of last year… And even though I’ve only four days into the New Year…It’s now time for me to reset and relax…Not trying to take on the whole year at once…I just want the next few days to be productive…I want the next few moments to be productive…I have plenty of time to live the full year…I have plenty of time to worry about February later…I give myself permission to just focus on the next few days… And just have a couple of really good days… Only trying to achieve what can be achieved in the next few days….Not doing it all at once…Doing enough to be successful…

  • Feeling Overwhelmed By Too Much To Do

I woke up this morning feeling stressed and overwhelmed at everything I needed to do today.

Here is the tapping I did to get the day started on a much less stressful foot.

    Overwhelmed

ALSO, if you feel stressed again later in the day come back to this.

There are so many things that I need to do…And they all feel so important…And they all feel like they need to be done at once… And I can’t even tell which way is up…And even though there are so many things I need to be done…My sense of overwhelm is just me trying to do them all at once…I appreciate the fact that there’s a part of me that wants all the stuff done…I appreciate the fact that this part of me is just trying to keep me safe by seeing the consequences of not getting it done…But I don’t have to do it all at once…I don’t have to do it all right now…I just need to take it one at a time… I can manage this…Bit by bit…Little by little…I give myself permission at any moment that I feel overwhelmed today…
