Thinking negative thoughts about others costs us a great deal of energy. In most cases it doesn’t do us any good and the objects of our dislike have no idea we are even doing it.
Today we are going to tap to send love to everyone.
This does not mean we are endorsing what others are doing. This does not mean we like the choices they are making. And this does not mean that we are inviting them into our lives.
By tapping in this way we are choosing not carry around these negative thoughts, which makes way for something more positive in their place.

There are people who cause me frustration…There are people who cause me pain…There are people who cost me time and energy…And make it so much harder for me to navigate the world…And I am not a doormat…And I am not going to let them take advantage of me…But I recognize the fact…That every time I think about them…Every time I have an emotional charge about them…I am giving them space inside my head…And I am giving them space inside my heart…And when I do this they are getting control of my life…Even though they don’t know I’m thinking about them…Even though they don’t know I’m feeling about them…I give myself permission to let it go…And to send them love…I’m not saying they can walk all over me…I’m not saying they can have their way…I’m not saying they can take advantage of me…But when I send them love and all good things…I am evicting them from my mind…I am evicting them from my heart…So I am no longer spending negativity on them…I am moving on…Without carrying them around…I am moving forward…Without them impacting me moment to moment…It’s OK for me to want good things for them…And for that to happen a long way from here…I’m not making myself a doormat…I’m not making myself a victim…Instead, I am choosing to move on…And stop giving them real estate inside of me…I hope good things for them…I send them love…And all of that to happen a long way away from me.
