Our emotions provide us with internal guidance to how we understand what is happening to us in any given moment.
Even when our emotions are extreme and overwhelming they are sharing information with us.
Today we are going to tap to be accepting of our emotions and to understanding the information they are sharing with us.
It’s OK for me to feel exactly how I feel right now

I give myself permission…To be where I am…To feel what I am feeling…To experience what I’m experiencing…It’s good to name what I can transform…It’s good to see how I can move forward…And I appreciate the fact…That I have that opportunity…But I also recognize…I can be where I am right now…And feel what I’m feeling right now…And not have to fix anything…Not have to transform anything…Not have to be stuck in anything…I’m allowed to stay where I am…Or move through where I am…Or be where I need to be…Wherever that is emotionally…In this moment…And in the next…It is OK for me…To move forward in simple gentle ways…And experience what I’m experiencing right now…Knowing it’s not wrong…Knowing it’s not broken…Knowing it’s not too much…I am where I am…And that’s OK…Change can come…Progress can come…And there doesn’t have to be a rush…To make that happen.
