When things aren’t perfect it is easy to feel dissatisfied. On one level aspiring to bigger and better things is useful, but we also risk being so wrapped up in it that we miss the joy and appreciation of what is good in the here and now.
Today we are going to tap for being OK with where we are and how we feel in this moment.
The way I feel right now is 100% OK

There are times that are far from perfect…There are times where I don’t feel the way that I want…And it is good that I want better…It is good that I want more…It is good that I am pushing forward…But that does not mean…I need to discount where I am…That does not mean…I need to let that go…I give myself permission…To recognize that I can strive to move forward…I can long for more…I can work towards better…And be where I am…And see where I am…And accept where I am…This moment is filled with opportunity…The emotion I feel is filled with information…About letting me know how I perceive this moment…And letting me know how I perceive this place…I give myself permission…To be easy with myself…And easy with all that is going on…As I move forward…And as I am in this moment…It is OK to be where I am…To accept who I am…To feel how I am…And to know what I am…I can move forward…I can grow from this place…Accepting how I am…Is not choosing to stop…Accepting how I am…Is not choosing to be stagnant…Accepting how I am…As a simple acknowledgment of where I am…And an acknowledgment of where I’d like to go…Where I am is OK…Where I am is a great place to move to the next place…Even though it’s far from perfect…It is my opportunity to move forward…In big and small ways.
