It can be hard when people speak hard truths to us. Especially when it is a truth that we know, but are afraid to face head on.
Today we are going to tap for those times people tell us the hard truths we need to hear.
I honor those that tell me the truth, even if it hurts.

I need to hear the truth…Because sometimes I’m not willing to hear the truth…When it’s spoken by myself…The truth can be scary…The truth can feel overwhelming…The truth can feel like it’s too much to bear…That it contains things that I don’t want to be honest about…But I need to hear the truth…Because if I’m not willing to hear the truth…It’s going to be hard for me to move forward…If I’m not willing to hear the truth…I’m not going to make the progress I need to make…As fast as I need to make it…I give myself permission…To recognize the fact that there are people who speak truth to me…And when they speak truth to me it comes from a place of care…It comes from a place of concern…It comes from wanting better for me…And I appreciate the fact people are willing to do that…I appreciate the fact people are willing to speak up…To say things they know that might hurt me…To say things they know I might not want to hear…I give myself permission…To celebrate and honor…Those who tell me the truth…They are good for me…They want what’s best for me…And they help me to move forward…Even though it’s painful in the moment…It helps me to escape the place that I’m stuck…And move to the place I truly want and need to be…I am thankful for truth tellers…I am thankful for the truth…I am thankful for truth tellers…I am thankful for the truth.
Wow how discern what is truly truth is the question especially when you say hurts???
This is great, and I also love the idea of tapping to be grateful for folks who lie and/or don’t tell the whole truth.
