Being Comfortable With Mystery

I think one of the hallmarks of my maturing is the fact that I am becoming more and more comfortable with mystery. This does not mean that I have stopped striving to learn more and to understand. It simply means that when I don’t fully understand I can still be at peace in the moment.

Today we tap to be more comfortable with mystery.

I don’t understand everything…I don’t see it all…I don’t know it all…There are going to be things…That I’m simply never going to know…There are going to be things…That always remain a mystery to me…And that’s OK…I don’t have to understand it all…I don’t have to know it all…I don’t have to embrace it all…There are going to be things that are outside my understanding…And I give myself permission to be easy and gentle with that fact…This does not mean I stop striving…This does not mean I stop trying to understand…This does not mean that I stop moving forward…It is simply the recognition…Of the truth…That I’m not going to know it all…That I’m not going to understand it all…There are things bigger than me…And I can be successful and happy…Knowing that living inside of it…And in some cases even reveling in it.
