There are times when we have a clear vision of what we want, yet at others it feels like we think of something new we want every day.
It can be very confusing when we keep jumping from goal to goal, making us feel like we are directionless.
Today we are going to tap for feeling confused about what we want.
I Keep Getting Confused About What I Want

I know I want better…I know I want more…I know I want to move forward…I know there are many things in my life that I want to change…And there are some moments where I can see a clear path…There are some moments where I know what I really want…And this is not one of those moments…Right now I’m confused…One moment I think I know what I’m doing…The next moment I have no idea which possibility makes the most sense…And it’s really confusing…And it’s really overwhelming…And I don’t like the fact that I don’t know…Because I’m not exactly sure how to put forth effort…I’m afraid that anything I try…Will be a giant waste of time…That I’ll be investing time and effort…Into things that might not serve me…It’s all so confusing…I give myself permission to know…It is OK to be confused…It is OK not to know which way to go…It is OK to have fuzzy goals and dreams…I give myself permission…To step back and take a deep breath…To know that as I continue to work…My vision will become more clear…Part of me actually knows the right direction to head…And is gently pushing me down that path…Even if I’m completely unaware of what that path is at this moment…I trust myself…I trust the process…I trust that I won’t always be stuck in this place of lack of vision…As I stay dedicated…And keep working towards better…Even if I can’t see what that is in the big picture…There are small things I can do every day…To improve my life…Which will help the path to unfold in front of me.
