There are things we know that we need to do because they are good for us. Even though it benefits us to know this, sometimes it can feel like a burden because feel we like we did as kids, being told to do things because they were “best for us”.
Today we are going to tap for those things we resist because they are “what is best for us”.
I Hate Feeling Like I Am Only Doing It Because It Is “What Is Best For Me”

My entire life…I have been told I need to do things…Because it is what is best for me…And there have been times it has been what’s best for me…And there have been times people have said it just to get me to do what they wanted me to do…And there have been times I don’t know if it was the best for me or not…But because of my history…Of being told to do something because it is what’s best for me…When I encounter things that are best for me…I don’t do them…Because I don’t like being told what to do…And even when I come to the conclusion on my own…That it is what’s best for me…There’s still a part of me…That holds the residual resentment of other people telling me it is what is best for me…From this point forward…I need to make the choices that are right for me…Because when I make the choices that are right for me…I am able to move towards my goal…I am able to move forward…I am able to be successful…I am able to step into my own power…I am able to achieve what I want to achieve…I appreciate the part that resents doing what is best for me…Because of my history of people telling me what is best for me…If I decide something is what is best for me…That is the perfect reason to do something…It’s not something to rebel against…It’s not something to fight…It’s a good choice to make…So as I move forward…Not only do I do what is best for me…I have what is best for me.
