Teaching: Why We Don’t Tap When We Want To

Tonight we talked about the 10 reasons why we don’t tap.

Remember if there wasn’t resistance to change we would have already made the change or would be taking action to make the change.

1. It won’t work.
2. It won’t work for me.
3. It won’t last and only be temporary.
4. The work is going to be too hard or too emotional.
5. The work is going to leave me emotionally drained.
6. The change will add more work to my life.
7. I am going to find out something about myself or my past that I don’t want to know.
8. I will have to change to way I see myself.
9. I will change the way others see me.
10. I am going to prove someone I love wrong if I make the change.
