Yes! It is that simple. Take 5 minutes a morning, say the phrases out loud slowly, listen closely to your words, and tap.

You will see lots of doorknobs throughout your day and it will punctuate your day with the phrases. It takes a little getting used to, but once you are in the habit it is very powerful.]
